Furious Afghan Protesters Storm USZ-NATO Supply Terminal; Burn 18 Supply Trucks

A mass protest was reported in the capital of Khost province on Friday in which a large number of angry Afghans turned to marching as a way of protesting against the burning of copies of the Glorious Qur'an by American terrorist invaders in Bagram Airbase. Angry marchers stormed the supply terminal of USZ-NATO terrorist invaders and burned down as many as 18 supply trucks besides causing terrorist invaders and their cowardly puppets human material losses. The protesters attacked the police station and traffic departments and burned the buildings in Khost city.

Despite police and army harassment and mass arrests along with firing at the marchers, the protests have spread to other major Afghan provinces as well as major cities across the country over the last four days. If we really wish to understand the NASA Blue Beam Project, we have to return to the "dawning of the age of Aquarius." Remember that song? That song said, "When the moon is in the seventh house and Jupiter aligned with Mars, then peace will guide our planet and love will steer the stars."

This related with the year 1982 to be, at that time, the opening for the conspiracy of the age of Aquarius, just before the implementation of the new world order, supposed to begin sometime in 1983.

I have to say that the Blue Beam Project was set up for the year 1983. It has been delayed; we don't know exactly why. But, since 1983 (eleven years before the publication of this report), they have really improved themselves with new technology and innovations in space hardware and software in which they are involved right now to make their systems possible.

So, the goals of the new age movement under which the United Nations operates right now, are the implementation of a new world "messiah."

The tools of the new world order are,

1. an international army;
2. an international police force;
3. a world bank for the economy;
4. a world government under the United Nations;
5. a world conservatory bank for wilderness preservation around the world. That means all "green" movements will be melded into the new international bank or disappear altogether;
6. a world religion where all church doctrines will be destroyed at the roots to be replaced by the new world religion of the age of Aquarius;
7. the world seven-races classification for all human slaves who will fulfill predetermined work tasks whether they agree with it or not;
8. the world concentration headquarters at the United Nations for those who will not accept the new system;
9. the world agriculture and food supply control which will control food and vitamin supplies around the world.
The new world order will be an "in-between" government system for USSR, Great Britian and all its commonwealths, and the United States with its melting-pot population.
This is, at the end, a new spiritual and political world order which will replace the old ones under which we live right now.

What are the new world order plans?

They plan on the destruction of all people who believe in the Bible or worship Jesus Christ, and the complete disappearance of Christianity. To achieve this plan, the new world order is changing national laws to assure that Christian beliefs and symbols:- like the cross, for instance, will become outlawed and unlawful. Religious holidays and ceremonies will be replaced with new age festivities around the world.

The elimination and complete destruction of all secret societies and secret brotherhoods, lodges and sanctuaries, all of which they view as the most serious threats to their survival after the implementation of the one world religion and one world government.

The new world order also plans the abolition of all national curriencies, and the transfer of commerce to electronic cash through the superhighway.

The thinkers and the basic doctrine of the new age conspiracies books are:

Elena Petrovna Blavatsky, who wrote "Isis Unveiled" and "The Secret Doctrine."

Alice A. Bailey who wrote "The Race and the Initiation and Externalization of the Heirarchy;" "Initiation: Human and Savior;" "The Reappearance of the Christ." (Their Christ is the new messiah). "The Destiny of the Nation," in which are plans for the disposition of the nation-states; "The Unfinished Autobiography;" "Disciplineship and the New Age;" "Esoteric Psychology."

These books are very important for new age thinkers who are exactly the ones who are conspiring to implement the New World Order.

Also, the writing of Nicola Roerich, who wrote, "Matraia," (that's their new messiah); "Shambala, The Resplendent," and "The Agni Yoga Series."

David Spangler who wrote, "Revelation: The Birth of a New Age," considered as the "bible" inside the new age movement; "Reflections on the Christ," which is related to the Luciferian initiation; "Links With Space," which maintains that off-world aliens are supposed to come to save earthlings from themselves; "Relationship and Identity," "The Love of Manifestation," "New Age Rifts," and "Toward a Planetary Vision," which is directly related to the visions of the new world order, as they plan it to be.

Now...what those people also plan - and I repeat, this is not a dream and is not paranoid thinking, this is real. They plan that in order to accept the new world order, all people must first accept the new age religion; to enter into the new world religion, the Christian will have to abdicate their own beliefs. So, as they said, the initiation will be on a worldwide basis inside the newly organized new Christian church (which will be a reorganized and strictly controlled Masonic temple) occult organization based on a Luciferian initiation. What we have to understand here is that no one will be able to maintain their old beliefs and, at the same time, enter into the new age religion. It will be impossible.

For those who will not accept the new world order, who will reject it, the new world order people have already built re-education concentration camps and, for those camps, they have established what they call the "rainbow classifications" of the new world order prisoners.

The rainbow is considered as the "bridge" leading to the Satanic empire of the new world order.

We already know, for instance, that everyone will have to take an oath to Lucifer in order to cross that bridge into the new age. All who resist that initiation will be sent to detention facilities where they will be separated into different categories, known as the rainbow classification of the new world order prisoners.

1. Classification of Christian children, as planned, is to be as human sacrifices where, within the black mass ceremonies, they will forced to participate in any kind of sexual orgies or be kept as sexual slaves.
2. Classification of prisoners to be used in medical experiments where drugs and new technologies will be tested on humans.

3. Classification of healthy prisoners for the International Organ Donation Center where vital organs will be removed one by one while they are kept alive by mechanical devices.

4. Classifiaction of all healthy underground worlkers. The new world order is basically a worldwide dictatorship based upon the Luciferian religion; a dictatorship with the illusion of democracy. In order to maintain the illusion of democracy, camps and slave labor will be hidden underground in massive colonies that are being built as we write this report.

5. Classification of "Uncertain Prisoners." In the international "re-education" center, political and religious prisoners will be re-educated (by whatever means are required) so that they may repent on international televison programs and glorify the virtues of the one world government for the benefit of all humanity.

6. Classification of the International Execution Center. Clear enough!

7. Classification seven. We are still waiting on the details of the Seventh Classification, and we are awaiting verification of the colors to be assigned to these classifications of prisoners, but this is the basic agenda of those who have planned the new "paradise" world of the future.

You must understand that when I decided to release, about six months ago, some of their plans and information concerning their most important project, which is the NASA Blue Beam Project, I wasn't certain if I would survive my stand against the new world order's plans to put down on their knees all of the world's cultures and religions.
But, now, following my own Christian conscience, my real and deep love for all my unknown brothers and sisters in America and throughout the world, I freely accept to give my life if it has to be the case for the truth, for Jesus Christ, by releasing for the first time, the four major steps of the Satanic Blue Beam Project.

I ask everyone who reads the following descriptions not to be paralyzed by their natural fears but to spread to everyone the contents of this special report, and to gather together in order to pray and to think and to organize ways to survive the new world order government show-down and power taking, because what we have to understand is that the new world government will not be something permanent, immortal; this is not the case. But what we have to do right now is how to organize to survive such Satanic plans.

PROJECT BLUE BEAM

The infamous NASA Blue Beam Project has four different steps in order to implement the new age religion with the antichrist at its head. We must remember that the new age religion is the very foundation for the new world government, without which religion the dictatorship of the new world order is completely impossible.

I'll repeat that: Without a universal belief in the new age religion, the success of the new world order will be impossible!

That is why the Blue Beam Project is so important to them, but has been so well hidden until now.

The first step concerns the breakdown of all archeological knowledge. It deals with the setup with artificially created earthquakes at certain precise locations on the planet where, supposedly, new discoveries will finally explain to all people the error of all fundamental religious doctrines. The falsifaction of this information will be used to make all nations believe that their religious doctrines have been misunderstood for centuries and misinterpreted. Psychological preparations for that first step have already been implemented with the film, "2001: A Space Oddessy;" the StarTrek series, and "Star Wars;" all of which deal with invasions from space and the coming together of all nations to repel the invaders. The last films, "Jurrassic Park," deals with the theories of evolution, and claim God's words are lies.

What is important to understand in the first step is that those earthquakes will hit at different parts of the world where scientific and archeological teachings have indicated that arcane mysteries have been buried. By those types of earthquakes, it will possible for scientists to re-discover those arcane mysteries which will be used to discredit all fundamental religious doctrines.

This is the first preparation for the plan for humanity because what they want to do is destroy the beliefs of all Christians and Muslims on the planet. To do that, they need some false "proof" from the far past that will prove to all nations that their religions have all been misinterpreted and misunderstood.

The second step involves a gigantic "space show" with three-dimensional optical holograms and sounds, laser projection of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to predominating regional national religious faith.

This new "god's" voice will be speaking in all languages. In order to understand that, we must study various secret services' research done in the last 25 years. The Soviet's have perfected an advanced computer, even exported them, and fed them with the minute physio-psycological particulars based on their studies of the anatomy and electro-mechanical composition of the human body, and the studies of the electrical, chemical and biological properties of the human brain.

These computers were fed, as well, with the languages of all human cultures and their meanings. The dialects of all cultures have been fed into the computers from statellite transmissions. The Soviets began to feed the computers with objective programs like the ones of the new messiah. It also seems that the Soviets - the new world order people - have resorted to suicidal methods with the human society by allocating electronic wavelengths for every person and every society and culture to indice suicidal thoughts if the person doesn't comply with the dictates of the new world order.

There are two different aspects of step two. The first is the "space show." Where does the space show come from? The space show, the holographic images will be used in a simulation of the ending during which all nations will be shown scenes which will be the fulfillment of that which they desire to verify the prophecies and adversary events. These will be projected from satellites onto the sodium layer about 60 miles above the earth. We see tests every once in a while, but they are called UFOs and "flying saucers."

The result of these deliberately staged events will be to show the world the new "christ," the new messiah, Matraia, for the immediate implementation of the new world religion. Enough truth will be foisted upon an unsuspecting world to hook them into the lie. "Even the most learned will be deceived."

The project has perfected the ability for some device to lift up an enormous number of people, as in a rapture, and whisk the entire group into a never-never land. We see tests of this device in the abduction of humans by those mysterious little alien greys. who snatch people out of their beds and through windows into waiting "mother ships."

The calculated resistance to the universal religion and the new messiah and the ensuing holy wars will result in the loss of human life on a scale never imagine before in all of human history.

The Blue Beam Project will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies of old, as major an event as that which occurred 2,000 years ago. In principle, it will make use of the skies as a movie screen (on the sodium layer at about 60 miles) as space-based laser-generating satellites project simultaneous images to the four corners of the planet in every language and dialect according to the region. It deals with the religious aspect of the new world order and is deception and seduction on a massive scale.

Computers will coordinate the satellites and software already in place will run the sky show. Holographic images are based on nearly identical signals combining to produce an image or hologram with deep perspective which is equally applicable to acoustic ELF, VLF and LF waves and optical phenomena.

Specifically, the show will consist of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to the specific national, regional religion. Not a single area will be excluded.

With computer animation and sounds appearing to emanate from the very depths of space, astonished ardent followers of the various creeds will witness their own returned messaihs in convincing lifelike reality.

Then the projections of Jesus, Mohammed, Buddah, Krishna, etc., will merge into one after correct explanations of the mysteries and revelations will have been disclosed. This one god will, in fact, be the antichrist, who will explain that the various scriptures have been misunderstood and misinterpreted, and that the religions of old are responsible for turning brother against brother, and nation against nation, therefore old religions must be abolished to make way for the new age new world religion, representing the one god antichrist they see before them.

Naturally, this superbly staged falsification will result in dissolved social and religious disorder on a grand scale, each nation blaming the other for the deception, setting loose millions of programmed religious fanatics through demonic possession on a scale never witnessed before.

In addition, this event will occur at a time of profound worldwide political anarchy and general tumult created by some worldwide catastrophe. The United Nation even now plans to use Beethovan's "Song of Joy" as the anthem for the introduction for the new age one world religion.

If we put this space show in parallel with the star wars program we get this: combination of electromagnetic radiation and hypnosis have also been the subject of intensive research. In 1974, for instance, researcher G. F. Shapits, said of one of the research proposals that, "...in this investigation it will be shown that the spoken words of the hypnotist may also be converted by electromagnetic energy directly and to the subconscious part of the human brain without employing any mechanical device for receiving or transcording the message, and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously. It may be expected that the rationized behavior will be considered to have been taken out of their own free will."

Anyone investigating so-called "channelling" phenomena right now would be wise to take this area of research into consideration. It will be noted that those who think of themselves as "channellers" has escalated rapidly since this type of research was conducted.

It is uncanny how similar their messages are, despite which entity they claim to be their source of divine guidance. It would suggest any individual considering the credibility of channelled information should be discerning and critically evaluate where the message they are receiving originates, and if the messages are specifically beneficially to the new world order.

The Sydney Morning newspaper published an item on March 21st, 1983 which announced that the Soviets were invading the human mind, the article having been submitted to the foreign editor by Doctor Nathan Abnuengy, assistant professor in the faculty of agriculture in Asia. It is worth quoting the article at length even though his grammer is a little old.

This article relates to the Soviets who created the supercomputer we were discussing earlier and which is really important because these types of
computers can be run through satellites and through space. The computers were fed with all the different languages and their meanings, the dialect of all peoples were fed to the computers with objective programs.

But we are no longer talking about the Soviets; we are talking about the United Nations, the minions of the new world order, who are feeding the computers with the necessary information.

The editor of the column in which the article appeared even states that the piece made points too important to ignore. I think it is possible that the persons who have created this mega-mind control program could sell the software to an organization and not be aware that the client might use the program and data to enslave all of humankind. Just imagine how far they have advanced since that article was published!

The advancement of techniques propel us toward the third step in the Blue Beam Project that goes along with the telepathic and electronically augmented two-way communication where ELF, VLF and LF waves will reach each person from within his or her own mind, convincing each of them that their own god is speaking to them from the very depths of their own soul.

Such rays from satellites are fed from the memories of computers that have stored massive data about every human on earth, and their languages. The rays will then interlace with their natural thinking to form what we call diffuse artifical thought.

That kind of technology goes into the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s research where the human brain has been compared to a computer. Information is fed in, processed, integrated and then a response is formulated and acted upon.

Mind controllers manipulate information the same way a computer for grammer manipulates information.

In January 1991, the University of Arizona hosted a conference entitled, "The NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Current and Emergent Phenomena and Biomolecular Systems." What does that mean exactly?

It means this: We refer to one paper that was delivered at the conference which stands out for its different attitude towards the development under discussion at that time. It was, in effect, a protest and chilling warning to the attending scientists about the potential abuse of their research findings.

Their findings, of course, stated that the United States has already developed communications equipment which can make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk. It can relieve the terminally ill from pain without the use of drugs or surgery. I'm not talking about science fiction.

A man might retain the use of all his faculties right up to the moment of his death. This communications equipment depends upon a completely new way of looking at the human brain and neuro-muscular systems and radiation pulses at ultra-low frequencies.

Some of this equipment is now operational within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and Federal Bureau of Investigation. It will never be used to make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk because it is central to the domestic political agenda and foreign policy of George Bush and his puppetmasters of the new world order.

Domestically, the new communications equipment is being used to torture and murder person who match profiles imagined to be able to screen a given population for terrorists; to torture and murder citizens who belong to organizations which promote tolerance and peace and development in Central America; to torture and murder citizens who belong to organizations who oppose the development and deployment of nuclear weapons, and to create a race of slave cult automatons, or what is popularly called "the Manchurian Candidates."

Overseas experimentation is taking place on hostages held by the United States and Canada, Great Britian, Australia, Germany, Finland and France. Additionally, there has been a long series of bizarre suicides among British computer scientists, all of whom have had some connection to the United States Navy.

What it is possible to ask before such a psychology of terror is this: would any government, corporation or psychiatrist wilfully promote such horror today?

The answer is quite obviously, "Yes." Government agencies and the corporations that work with them toward new world order are prepared to promote anything that will help them achieve their objective of total social control.

As for the question of why: For one thing, if you terrify the public and make them fear for their safety, they will allow you to implement draconian law enforcement practice, disarm them and keep extensive records on them, and they only have to tell you that it is all to protect you, of course.

Secondly, it promotes the decay of the present democratic forms of political systems, and leads societies to search for alternative methods of political
ideology. Of course, the alternative has already been planned. It is called the new world order and it will not have your safety or interests at heart. As George Bush said: "Read my lips."

Fear has always been used by powerful elite to control and subjugate the masses. The old maxim, divide and conquer is being played out to the limit worldwide to ensure that everyone is frightened for their personal safety, and to be suspicious of everyone else. This, too, is mind control.

To go further in regard to the new technology which is at the base of the NASA Blue Beam Project, we have to consider this statement by psychologist James V. McConnell which was published in a 1970s issue of Psychology Today. He said, "The day has come when we can combine sensory deprevation with drug hypnosis and astute manipulation of reward and punishment to gain almost absolute control over an individual's behavior. It should then be possible to achieve a very rapid and highly effective type of positive brainwashing that would allow us to make dramatic changes in a person's behavior and personality."

Now, when we talked before about that kind of ray and the telpathic and electronically augmented communication, the kind of rays that are fed from the memories of computers which store massive data about humans, human language and dialects, and we said that the people will be reached from within, making each person to believe that his own god is speaking directly from within his or her own soul, we refer to that kind of technology and that kind of thinking that same psychologist was espousing, that is: we should be trained from birth that we should all do what society wants us to do rather than what we want to do for ourselves; that because they have the technology to do it, no one should now be allowed to have their own individual personality.

This statement and these ideas are important because it is the basic teaching of the United Nations that no one owns his or her own personality. And that same psycologist claims that no one has any say-so about the kind of personality they acquire and there is no reason to believe you have the right to refuse to acquire a new personality if your old personality is considered "antisocial."

What is important in this declaration is that the new world order will be set up over the current system, meaning the old way of thinking and behavior and religion will be considered the "old" and incorrect way of thinking and that they can change it at one of the eradication camps of the United Nations to make sure that anyone with this "antisocial" behavior will be disposed of quickly so that other modified individuals will be able to fulfill the needs and agendas of the new world order without being distracted by the truth.

Could this be the greatest mind control project ever? The NASA Blue Beam Project is the prime directive for the new world order's absolute control over the populations of the entire earth. I would suggest you investigate this information carefully before dismissing it as fanatic lunacy.

If we go further in the different reports we have presented, we find that the mind control operations and technology include a transmitter that broadcasts at the same frequency as the human nervous system, which transmitter is manufactured by the Loral Electro-Optical System in Pasadena, California.

Loral, a major defense contractor, has previously conducted research on directed energy weapons for Lt. Gen. Leonard Perez of the U. S. Airforce who was searching for a weapon that could implant messages into the minds of the enemy while urging his own troops on to superhuman deeds of valor!

The device employs electromagnetic radiation of gigahertz frequencies pulsed at extremely low frequencies (ELF). It is used to torture people both physically and mentally from a distance. Weapons of this type are thought to have been used against a British woman protesting the presence of American Cruise Missiles at Greenham Common Airbase during the 1970s.

This weapon can be used to induce total sensory deprevation by broadcasting signals into the auditory nerve at such high power that it blocks the ability of the individual to hear themselves think!

The process employed by such ELF technology are described in various U. S. Defense Department publications, including one entitled, " The Electromagnetic Spectrum and Low Intensity Conflict," by Captain Paul E. Tyler, Medical Commandant, U. S. Navy, which is included in a collection entitled, "Low Intensity Conflict and Modern Technology Edict," by Lt. Col David G. Dean, USAF.

The paper was delivered in 1984 and the collection published 1986 by Air University Press, Maxwell Airforce Base, Alabama.

Another pulse microwave device can deliver audible signals directly to an individual while remaining undetectable to anyone else. The technology is very simple and can be built by using an ordinary police radar gun. The microwave beam generated by the device is modulated at audio frequencies and can broadcast messages directly into the brain.

Now here we come to the NASA Blue Beam Project. The broadcasting of subliminal two-way communication and images from the depths of space correspond directly to that kind of technology.

In his book, "The Body Electric," Nobel Prize nominee Robert Baker describes a series of experiments conducted in the early 1960s by Allen Frie where this phenomena was demonstrated as well as later experiments conducted in 1973 at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research by Dr. Joseph C. Sharp who personally underwent tests in which he proved he could hear and understand messages delivered to him in an echo-free isolation chamber via a pulsed microwave audiogram which is an analog of the word's sound vibration beamed into his brain.

Baker then goes on to state, "Such a device has obvious application for covert operations designed to drive a target crazy with unknown voices or deliver undetectable instructions to a programmed assassin."

Now figure out when we hear that voice from the new world messiah who would be speaking from space to all of the sane people of the earth who might give instructions to zealots and religious fanatics, we would see hysteria and social mayhem on a scale never witnessed before on this planet.

No police forces in the world, even as a combined front, could deal with the disorder that will follow!

A 1978 book entitled, "Microwave Auditory Effect and Application," by James C. Lynn describes how audible voices can be broadcast directly into the brain. This technology could actually allow the blind to see and the deaf to hear. Instead, it has been turned into a weapon to enslave the world.

Allen Frie also reports that he could speed up, slow down or stop the hearts of isolated frogs by synchronizing the pulsed rate of a microwave beam with the heart itself.

According to Robert Baker, similar results have been obtained using live frogs, which shows that it is technically feasible to produce heart attacks with rays designed to penetrate the human chest.

It has been demonstrated that focused ultra high frequency UHF electromagnetic energy beams can be used to induce considerable agitation and muscular activity or induce muscular weakness and lethargy.

Microwaves can also be used to burn human skin and aid the effect of drugs, bacteria and poisons or affect the function of the entire brain. These effects were all revealed at length by the CIA on September 21, 1977 in testimony before the Subcommittee on Health and Scientific Research. Dr. Sidney Gottlieb . who directed the MK-Ultra program at that time was forced to discussed the scope of the CIA's research to find techniques of activation of the human organism by remote electronic means.

So this is something that exists right now, that has been pursued to its highest degree, that can be used from space to reach any person, anyplace on the face of the earth.

If we go deeper in that process of mind control over the people we find that the equipment and technology has been used to influence politics in a much more direct fashion.

Michael Dukakis, the Democrat candidate running against George Bush in the 1988 election was targeted with microwave technology in order to impede his public speaking performance once the the public opinion polls showed he posed a serious threat to Bush's election prospects.

He also claims that the equipment was used against Kitty Dukakis and drove her to the brink of suicide.

In the Disneyland world of U. S. politics, a presidential candidate with problems such as these, would obviously lose their race to the White House.

In the December 1980 edition of the U. S. Army Journal, called the Military Review, a column by Lt. Col John B. Alexander, entitled, "The New Mental Battlefield: Beam Me Up, Spock," provides further insight into the technical capabilities at the disposal of the comptroller. He writes, "Several examples will demonstrate areas in which progress have been made. The transferrence of energy from one organism to another; the ability to heal or cause disease to be transmitted over a distance, thus inducing illness or death from no apparent cause; telepathic behavior modification which includes the ability to induce hypnotic states up to a distance of 1,000 kilometers have been reported. The use of telepathic hypnosis also holds great potential. This capability could allow agents to be deeply planted with no conscious knowledge of their programming. In movie terms, the Manchurian Candidate lives, and does not even require a telephone call.

"Other mind-to-mind induction techniques are being considered. If perfected this capability could allow the direct transferrence of thought via telepathy from one mind or group of minds to a select target audience. The unique factor is that the recipient will not be aware that thought has been implanted from an external source. He or she will believe the thoughts are original."

This is exactly what we were talking about.

The third step in the NASA Blue Beam Project is called the Telepathic Electronic Two-Way Communication. Lt. Col Alexander's article continues: "If it is possible to feed artificial thought into the multigenic field via satellite, the mind control of the entire planet is now possible. An individual's only resistance would be to constantly question the motivation behind their thoughts and not act upon thoughts which they consider to be outside their own ideological, religious and moral boundaries."

Once again, it is wise to consider how television, advertising, modern education and various types of social pressure are used to manipulate those boundaries.

It has been reported by Lt. Col Alexander who said, in the summary of his Military Review article, "The information on those kinds of technologies presented here would be considered by some to be ridiculous since it does not conform to their view of reality. But some people still believe the world is flat."

Now, this means a lot, because if people do not believe this kind of technology is possible, or that it is science fiction, those people put themselves in great jeopardy, because on the night when those thousand stars will shine from space, during the night when the new messiah will be presented to the world, they will not be prepared and will have no time to prepare to save themselves against that kind of technology. They don't believe and they won't take time to prepare.

Step Four of the NASA Blue Beam Project

The fourth step concerns the universal supernatural manifestation with electronic means. It contains three different orientations. One is to make mankind believe that an alien (off-world) invasion is about to occur at every major city on earth in order to provoke each major nation to use its nuclear weapons in order to strike back. This way, the United Nations Court will require that all those nations which launched nuclear weapons to disarm when the invasion is shown to have been false.

And how will the United Nations know that the invasion was false? They will have staged it, of course.

The second is to make the Christians believe that the rapture is going to occur with the supposed divine intervention of an alien (offworld) civilization coming to rescue earthlings from a savage and merciless demon. Its goal will be to dispose of all significant opposition to the implementation of the new world order in one major stroke, actually within hours of the beginning of the sky show!

The third orientation in the fourth step is a mixture of electronic and supernatural forces. The waves used at that time will allow "supernatural forces" to travel through optical fibers, coaxial cables (TV) electrical and phone lines in order to penetrate to everyone at once through major appliances. Embedded chips will already be in place. The goal of this deals with global Satanic ghosts projected all around the world in order to push all populations to the edge of hysteria and madness, to drown them into a wave of suicide, murder and permanent psychological disorders.

After the night of the thousand stars, worldwide populations will ready for the new messiah to re-estabish order and peace at any cost, even at the cost of abdication of freedom.

The techniques used in the fourth step is exactly the same usd in the past in the USSR to force the people to accept Communism. The same technique will be used by the United Nations to implement the new world religion and the new world order.

A lot of people ask when this is going to happen and how they will accomplish the visons of the night of a thousand stars, and the events that will point to the days when it will begin.

According to the many reports we have received, we believe it will begin with some kind of worldwide economic disaster. Not a complete crash, but enough to allow them to introduce some kind of in-between currency before they introduce their electronic cash to replace all paper or plastic money.

The in-between currency will be used to force anyone with savings to spend or turn in their cash because they understand that people who have money and are not dependent upon them might be the very ones who will mount an insurrection against them. If everyone is broke, no one can fund a war of any kind, paper currency will cease to exist. This is one of the first signs.

But to implement the worldwide electronic money system, everyone in the world who might have money in the future, will have to have a way to transfer money electronically. Before that time, everyone will have spent, before the year 2,000, all of their cash, reserves and assets. Everyone has to be 100% dependent upon the Council for their existence.

To prevent any kind of independence, the new world order has already implanted micro chips in wild animals, birds, fish, etc. Why? They want to make certain that the people who will not accept the new world order will not be able to hunt or fish any where in the world. If they try, they will be tracked and traced by satellites, then hunted down and imprisoned or killed.

The new world order is already changing the laws of all nations to make everyone dependent upon a single food and vitamin supply. They are changing laws about religion and psychiatric disorders in order to identify anyone who is potentially threatening to the NWO. Those who are found defective will be sent to eradication camps where their organs will be taken and sold to the highest bidders. Those who are not killed outright will be used as slave labor or used in medical experiments.

The goal of a dictatorship is to control everyone, everywhere on the planet, ruthlessly and without exception.

That's why the new technology being introduced everywhere is a technology for the control of the people. The technology of the 1940s and 1950s was used to help the people have an easier and more productive life. The new technology is designed and built to track down and control people everywhere. This technology is being manufactured for a specific purpose and to refuse to see and recognize that purpose , which is to enslave the entire populations of the world, is to deny the emergence of the antichrist and the establishment of the new world order religion and government.

If you cannot see, if you cannot learn, if you cannot understand, then you and your family and friends will succumb to the fires of the crematoria that have been built in every state and every major city on earth, built to deal with you.

نیو سائنٹسٹ میگزین، سائنسی تحقیقات شائع کرنے والا نہایت معتبر اور قدیم برطانوی ریسرچ جرنل ہے۔18 فروری1982 کو اس جرنل کا جو شمارہ مارکیٹ میں آیا، اس کے صفحہ نمبر419 پر ایک چھوٹا سا مضمون شائع ہوا، جس کا عنوان تھا’’ قاتل مچھروں کا روسی الزام مشتبہ ہے‘‘۔ یہ مضمون لکھنے والے دو افراد تھے، ان میںسے ایک کا نام ضیاء الدین سردار اور دوسری شخصیت مغربی نام’’ سارا وائٹ‘‘ تھی۔ یہ دونوں کون تھے؟ کسی کو نہیں معلوم، کیونکہ جریدے نے ان دونوں شخصیات کا تعارف مضمون کے ساتھ شائع نہیں کیا اور نا ہی یہ مضمون کسی سائنسی تحقیق پر مشتمل تھا بلکہ یہ ایک وضاحت تھی۔ سارا وائٹ نے لکھا تھا کہ سوویت یونین کے معروف اخبار، لٹریٹر نایا گزٹ، نے 5 فروری1982 کو ایک تحقیقی رپورٹ شائع کی تھی جس میں کہا گیا تھا کہ لاہور میں ایک امریکی مرکز مچھروں پر تحقیق کا کام کررہا ہے، اس مرکز کو سی آئی اے اور امریکی یونیورسٹی آف میری لینڈ کے سائنسدان چلا رہے ہیں جب کہ کچھ پاکستانی سائنسدان بھی اس مرکز میں بطور ملازم کام کرتے ہیں۔ اس مرکز کا سربراہ، سی آئی اے کا اہلکار، ڈیوڈ نیلن ہے جب کہ اس مرکز میں تیار کردہ ڈینگی کے وائرس کو، قریبی واقع بستی، گرین ٹائون کے کچھ غریب لوگوں پر آزمایا گیا ہے۔ نیو سائنٹسٹ میگزین کے اس مضمون میںکہا گیا تھا کہ روسی اخبار کے الزام کے مطابق، اس مرکز کا نام’’ پاکستانی میڈیکل ریسرچ سینٹر‘‘ ہے۔ مرکز کی بنیادی ذمہ داری یہ ہے کہ وہ ڈینگی کے ایسے وائرس تیار کرے جو کسی بھی انسان یا جانور میں انجیکٹ کردئے جائیں اور پھر اس جانور یا انسان کو افغانستان بھیج دیا جائے، جہاں اسے دوسرے مچھر کاٹیں گے اور وہ بھی ڈینگی کے وائرس کا کیرئیر بن جائیں گے، اس طرح افغانستان کے کچھ علاقے، جو ڈینگی وائرس کے لئے سازگار ہیں، وہاں بڑے پیمانے پر ڈینگی کی وبا پھیل جائے۔ برطانوی ریسرچ جرنل کے مضمون میںکہا گیا تھا کہ روسی اخبار کی یہ رپورٹ درست نہیں اور حقائق اس سے مختلف ہیں۔ پاکستان میڈیکل ریسرچ سینٹر کراچی میں ہے لاہور میں نہیں، اس طرح رپورٹ کی بنیاد ہی غلط ہے، دراصل امریکی یونیورسٹی آف میری لینڈ کی طرف سے جو پروگرام

کے نام سے کام کرتا ہے۔ اس کا مقصد پاکستانیوںکو ملیریا سے بچانا ہے۔ اسے سی آئی اے نہیں بلکہ یوایس ایڈ نامی امریکی ادارہ چلا رہا ہے، لاہور میں اس ادارے کو1975 میں قائم کیا گیا تھا۔ روسی الزامات کے بعد یورپ اور امریکہ کے کئی اخبارات نے اس اسٹوری کو شائع کیا، اور روسی خبر رساں ادارے، تاس نے اسے دنیا بھر میں خبر کے طور پر جاری کردیا جس کے بعد پاکستان نے دبائو میں آکر امریکی ریسرچ سینٹر کے سربراہ، ڈیوڈ نیلن کو ملک بدر کردیا اور اب خدشہ ہے کہ یہ سینٹر بند ہو جائے گا اور نقصان پاکستان کا ہی ہو گا۔ یہ پروگرام پاکستان میں ملیریا کے مچھروں پر ریسرچ کے لئے شروع کیا گیا تھا تاکہ پاکستان میںملیریا کا خاتمہ کیا جاسکے، مگر یہ ریسرچ پوری طرح کامیاب نہیں ہوسکی۔
1982 میں تو امریکہ نے روسی رپورٹ کی تردید کردی تھی، مگر اب، حال میں ہی امریکہ نے اپنی کچھ خفیہ دستاویزات، ڈی کلاسیفائڈ کی ہیں، ان میں سے ایک دستاویز، پاکستان میں اس کے اس ریسرچ سینٹر کے بارے میں ہے، جہاں ڈینگی مچھر سے متعلق ریسرچ کی جا رہی تھی، اس، ڈی کلاسیفائڈ دستاویز کی ایک کاپی، اس نمائندے کے پاس بھی محفوظ ہے۔ اس دستاویز میں واضح طور پر لکھا ہے کہ کس طرح امریکہ نے لاہور میں ایک ریسرچ مرکز قائم کیا اورکس طرح یہاںمچھروں میں جنیاتی تبدیلی لانے کے لئے ان پر ریسرچ کی۔ اس کے علاوہ بھی کچھ ایسی امریکی ڈی کلاسیفائڈ امریکی خفیہ دستاویزات، اس نمائندے کو ملی ہیں، جن سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ امریکہ نے افغانستان پر روسی حملے کے دور میں، کس طرح افغانستان پر ڈینگی اور دیگر حیاتیاتی ہتھیار استعمال کئے تھے، ان دستاویزات کا تفصیلی ذکر کرنے سے قبل ہم، روسی اخبار لٹریٹر نایا گزٹ کی 5 فروری1982 والی رپورٹ کا ذکر کردیں، یہ رپورٹ روسیوں کے دراصل، لاہور میں ایک کامیاب انٹیلی جنس آپریشن کے بعد تیار کی گئی تھی، اس آپریشن میں وہ نا صرف سی آئی اے کی لاہور میں واقع لیبارٹری میں گھسنے میں کامیاب ہو گئے تھے بلکہ یہاں کی تصاویر بنانے کے ساتھ ساتھ انہوں نے خفیہ دستاویزات بھی چوری کرلی تھیں، اسی وجہ سے پاکستان نے فوری طور پر امریکی سی آئی اے افسر، ڈیوڈ نیلن کو ملک بدر کردیا۔ روسی اخبار نے اپنی رپورٹ میںلکھا تھا کہ اس کا ایک رپورٹر،آئین اینڈرونو، لاہور میں کافی عرصے سے امریکی سی آئی اے کے حیاتیاتی ہتھیار تیار کرنے والی لیبارٹری پر کام کررہا تھا اور آخر کار وہ، اس لیبارٹری کو تلاش کرنے میں کامیاب ہو گیا ہے یہ لیبارٹری گرین ٹائون کے قریب قائم ہے، اس رپورٹر نے اس لیبارٹری میں کام کرنے والے سائنسدانوں کے انٹرویوز کئے اور وہاں سے دستاویزات بھی حاصل کرلیں، جس سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ وہاں ڈینگی مچھروں کے وائرس تیار کئے جا رہے ہیں جنہیں بعد میں افغانستان میں انجیکٹ کردیا جاتا ہے۔ روسی اخبار نے اپنی رپورٹ میں لکھا تھا کہ اس نے لاہور کے ایسے افراد کو بھی تلاش کرلیا ہے، جنہیں سب سے پہلے سی آئی اے نے اپنے تیار کردہ مچھروں کے تجربات کے لئے استعمال کیا، یہ لوگ گرین ٹائون کے رہنے والے ہیں اور انہیں سی آئی اے کے وائرس سے انفکٹیڈ کرنے کے بعد لاہور کے میو اسپتال میں علاج کے لئے لایا گیا تھا جو یہاں کا سب سے بڑا اسپتال ہے۔ گرین ٹائون کے پانچ افراد کو مچھروں نے کاٹا تھا اور انہیں جب علاج کے لئے میو اسپتال لاہور میںلایا گیا تو وہاں کے ڈاکٹروں نے علاج کے دوران عجیب طرح کی علامات دریافت کیں جو اس سے قبل کبھی بھی اس علاقے میں نہیں دیکھی گئیں تھیں۔ بیمار افراد کو کہنا تھا کہ انہیں عجیب قسم کے مچھر نے کاٹا تھا اور اس کے بعد سے وہ شدید بیمار ہو گئے ہیں۔ روسی اخبار کے رپورٹر نے میو اسپتال لاہور کے ان ڈاکٹروں سے بھی انٹرویوز کئے، جنہوں نے ڈینگی کے ان مریضوں کا علاج کیا تھا۔ان ڈاکٹروں کا بھی کہنا تھا کہ جن مریضوں کو عجیب قسم کے مچھروںنے کاٹا تھا، ان کا علاج کرنے کے لئے امریکی ریسرچ سینٹر نے خدمات پیش کیں اور انہیں کے علاج سے ہی وہ مریض ٹھیک ہو سکے، ورنہ میو اسپتال کے ڈاکٹروں کو اس مرض کے بارے میں کچھ پتہ نہیں چل سکا کہ وہ کیا تھا۔ روسی اخبار نے اپنی رپورٹ میں کہا تھا کہ لاہور کی امریکی لیبارٹری سے جو دستاویزات، اس کے رپورٹر کو ملی ہیں، ان سے ثابت ہوتا ہے، لاہور کی اس لیبارٹری میں، سی آئی اے، امریکی ادارے، یو ایس ایڈ اور پاکستانی سائنسدانوں کے تعاون سے ملیریا کے مچھروں کی جنیات پر ریسرچ کر کے ایسا وائرس تیار کیا گیا ہے، جسے ڈینگی پھیلانے کے لئے استعمال کیا جا رہا ہے اور اس وائرس کو جانوروں اور انسانوں کے ذریعے افغانستان بھیجا جا رہا ہے۔ روسی اخبار نے مزید یہ بھی لکھا تھا کہ روسی حکومت اس بارے میں تمام تر شواہد کے ساتھ جلد ہی، یہ معاملہ اقوام متحدہ میں لے جانے والی ہے، کیونکہ افغانستان میں روسی شہری بڑی تعداد میں موجود ہیں اور وہ بھی اس وائرس سے متاثر ہو رہے ہیں، جب کہ اقوام متحدہ کے قوانین کے تحت حیاتیاتی ہتھیاروں کا استعمال جرم ہے۔ اخبار کا اپنی رپورٹ میں کہنا تھا کہ، مذکورہ لیبارٹری کا سربراہ، امریکی شہری اور سی آئی اے کا اہلکار، ڈیوڈ نیلن ہے۔ اس پروجیکٹ کو یو ایس ایڈ نامی امریکی امدادی ادارہ فنڈ دے رہا ہے جب کہ تحقیق کے کاموں کے لئے امریکی یونیورسٹی آف میری لینڈ کے سائنسدان یہاں موجود ہیں، میری لینڈ یونیورسٹی، اکثر امریکی دفاعی اداروں کے لئے ریسرچ کے کام کرتی رہتی ہے۔ روسی اخبار نے یہ رپورٹ3 فروری1982 کو شائع کی، پھر اسی رپورٹ کو امریکی میڈیا نے11 فروری1982 کو شائع کیا، اس کے بعد مذکورہ رپورٹ کا جواب، برطانوی ریسرچ جرنل میں185 فروری1982 کو دیا گیا۔نیو سائنٹسٹ کے آن لائن ایڈیشن میں اب بھی1982 کا یہ شمارہ دیکھا جا سکتا ہے اور اس کا ایڈریس ہے

The Blackberry manufacturing company Research in Motion (RIM) has once again denies access to the BlackBerry data between Hussain Haqqani and Mansoor Ijaz, sources said on Tuesday. The sources said that the Black Berry company, RIM rejected the application of government of Pakistan to provide records of communication between Mansoor Ijaz and former Pakistani ambassador to the United States Hussain Haqqani. The government received the rejection letter of RIM Company on Monday.

Every inquiry must start somewhere. We have chosen this inquiry to start in the late eighties when two junior intelligence officers one Pakistani other Indian faced each other on opposite sides of the law. The Pakistani intelligence officer had caught the Indian agent on Pakistani soil with incriminating evidence. Indian agent knew his life had come to an end. However, everything has a price. And his freedom was worth a little less than half a million rupees. A few days later the Indian agent was sitting back at home, free as a bird. And life went on for several more years until the fateful year of 1994 when the two old “chaps” met again. This time officially. The Indian agent had climbed the ladder to an important post in the government. At this side of the border the junior Pakistani agent, against all odds had become one of the top bosses at Federal Investigation Agency. Of course, this was the infamous Rehman Malik. The Indian side wanted Pakistani Government’s help in reducing cross-border terrorism. But Rehman Malik offered a lot more than mere reduction in “cross-border”. He had been appointed as Additional Director FIA and yielded immense power through the country. Additionally he had become the right-hand-man of Asif Ali Zardari, stashing his looted money all over the world. He offered them direct access to the jihadists which he would capture. Somewhere along the line Israel also became a party to the deal and soon Mossad agents were carrying out investigations of the captured (ISI backed) jihadists on Pakistani soil. There were millions to be made from the deal and of course Rehman Malik was working in tandem with this immediate boss Ghulam Asghar, head of the FIA and under the auspices of Asif Ali Zardari. ISI, Pakistan Military and top brass quietly kept a close watch. Although painful but capture of a few foot soldiers was bearable in the bigger national interest.

By 1995 in a little over a year the Benazir Bhutto government had expelled 2000 Arab mujahidin of the Afghan-Soviet War and imprisoned number of Pakistani mujahidin. Secondly and more significantly, Benazir Bhutto on her official visit to US in April 1995 met in secret with an Israeli delegation. On her return she faced stiff resistance from a block of military and civilian bureaucracy which had generated great suspicions of her dealings with India and Israel. Just four months later she thwarted a coup attempt against her headed by Major General Zahirul Islam Abbasi. Director General of Military Intelligence Major General Ali Kuli Khan tipped-off General Abdul Waheed Kakar who immediately ordered Chief of General Staff Lt. General Jehangir Karamat to suppress the coup. A total of 36 army officers and 20 civilians were arrested from Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Then in November 1995 Egyptian Embassy blast occurred. Al-Qaeda was quick to claim it. Although the real reasons of the handlers of bombers remain hidden to this day, but in the next few days a silent but significant event happened. General Abdul Waheed Kakar who was given an extension in his tenure he refused it and Lt. General Jehangir Karamat was appointed as the Army Chief by the then President Farooq Leghari on 18 December, 1995. Lt. General Jehangir Karamat was the senior most general at the time, therefore the least controversial within the military – something which the military desperately needed at the time. The other three generals who were in the position to become COAS were Lt Gen Javed Ashraf Qazi, Lt Gen Naseer Akhtar, and Lt Gen Mohammad Tariq. Lt. Gen. Ghulam Muhammad Malik had already retired in October 1995. Maj Gen Naseem Rana was heading the ISI at the time, taken his charge in October 1995. Lt Gen Shujat Ali Khan was heading the ISI’s Internal Wing.

In the backdrop of these events in Pakistan, in March 1995 Israel’s Air Force chief had visited India with an entourage that included key Mossad officials. It was at this point that in a meeting Pakistan’s nuclear program was discussed. A year later Indian nuclear and missile program head, Abdul Kalam had a “top secret” visit of Israel in June 1996. It was “top secret” because no one knew about it. As it turned out, everyone knew about it even before he left India. All the much publicized secrecy and visit of such a top level official achieved the aim and nearly nobody bothered with the entourage which included a manager from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) – Alok Tiwari. The “top secret” meetings between Abdul Kalam and his Israeli counterparts were related to purchase of UAVs. However, in every single one of those “top secret” meetings Alok Tiwari was missing. With all the attention was focused on Abdul Kalam and his “top secret” meetings no one noticed the odd thing.
Just a few days later, after coming back to India Tiwari accompanied Air Chief Marshal S. K. Sareen to Israel in Israel in July 1996. In fact this was his third trip. He had also visited Israel in April 1996 along with India’s first Defence Attaché to Israel.

First Wave

The effect was immediate. In late July 1996 MQM organized a province wide strike. Simultaneously a large bomb exploded at Lahore airport and a second at Faisalabad railway station. On 14th August 1996 12 SSP activists were gunned down during an Independence Rally by unidentified gunmen. By end August Punjab had been engulfed in sectarian violence, Shias and Sunnis were being gunned down in broad daylight. The political and security situation worsened by the murder of Murtaza Bhutto and reinstatement of Manzoor Wattoo as Chief Minister of Punjab. The country seemed in a political and economic turmoil with violence erupting throughout the country. At the same time, out of blue Ataullah Mengal returned from his self-imposed exile.

While everyone was busy with the current crisis a team of agents working directly under Rehman Malik were gathering information on Kahuta and A.Q. Khan. Beginning November 1996 ISI saw an increase in Indian troops movement, which finally sent alarm bells ringing through the echelons of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

Suddenly, all the pieces fell in place and Ghulam Asghar and Rehman Malik’s shenanigans seemed a lot deeper than mere money grabbing tactics. By fourth of November a thick load of evidence had been gathered on Ghulam Asghar and Rehman Malik working with the consent of Asif Ali Zardari towards gathering information on the progress of Pakistan’s nuclear program.

On 5th November 1996, Farooq Leghari dissolved Benazir Bhutto’s government. At the other side of the border, this caused the immediate visit of Israeli naval chief Vice-Admiral Alex Tal to India. Back at home, Ghulam Asghar and Rehman Malik were imprisoned on undisclosed charges. Pakistan had narrowly escaped the storm that was brewing in its mists.

Second Wave

In February 1997, Indian Defence Secretary T. K. Banerji led a high level defence delegation to Israel to discuss the “exchange of technology” between two countries. Other than the official purpose the most important topic was Pakistan’s nuclear program. By the end of the visit the two countries had decided to do “whatever” it takes to neutralize the threat.

In March next year the BJP won Indian elections and one of the immediate policies adopted was to tackle Pakistan’s nuclear issue by any means possible. With such enthusiastic approach the government even decided to take the most extreme measures if needed. In the next two months the official and diplomatic delegations between India and Israel came to a halt, however, there was a sudden rise in non-diplomatic delegations between the two countries. The last official visit was of Gen. Prakash Malik to Israel in March 1998, who was also the first serving Indian Chief of Army Staff to visit Israel since normalization. In April 1998 two out-of-the ordinary incidents happened. Air India announced its discontinuation of Tel Aviv flight on 1 April 1998 and early April the Confederation of Indian Industry announced an unplanned “Study Mission” to Israel. This was the prelude to the second wave which officially started on 11th May 1998 when India exploded its nuclear bombs.
Night of 27-28 May

Pakistan resisted testing its nuclear bombs for nearly two weeks until 27th May 1998. On 27 May 1998 in a top level meeting Lt. Gen. [[[Naseem Rana]] (DG ISIP briefed the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and army chief of the increasing intelligence reports of possible Indian attack on Pakistan’s nuclear installations. However, the panic this created was nothing compared to the next two meetings. The first report pertained to the sighting of an unidentified F-16 aircraft at the periphery of Pakistan’s airspace on 27th May. Knowing India did not have F-16, the obvious suggestion was presence of Israeli Air Force in the area (especially with the reports of Indian COAS visiting Israel just a month ago). And the second report coming just before 1am on 28th May recorded unusual movements of Indian aircrafts just across the border which suggested India was preparing for preventive airstrikes against Pakistan. The obvious response of nuclear tests on 28th May.

The tests confirmed once and for all that Pakistan has nuclear capability.
Deduction

It seemed probable that BJP Government had decided to fire its nuclear bombs to force Pakistan into test firing its – if it has any. After a delay of two weeks, doubts had started rising in nearly every analytical discourse that Pakistan did not have the nuclear capability otherwise it would have responded. This was the golden opportunity to take out Pakistan/Pakistan’s nuclear installations before that Pakistan got the capability. The important visit of Indian COAS to Israel in March – in the light of proceeding events – could only be regarding Israel’s support for the planned attack. Whatever, the reasons and aims, the end result was establishment of Pakistan as a nuclear state, which completely changed the Great Nuclear Game.

Third Wave

Pakistan’s test firing of nuclear bombs was a shock for the rest of the world. No one expected, in the first place for Pakistan to have the capability and secondly to fire them if it had. For India and Israel, who were two top most interested parties in destroying Pakistan’s nuclear assets, this meant a complete overhaul of their strategy.

A year later Indian National Security Adviser Brajesh Mishra came to meet Barak in September 1999 and this time he was accompanied with a familiar face – Alok Tiwari. Within a year, Alok Tiwari and another security analyst finalized a document based on their discussion the preceding year.
In June 2000 L. K. Advani visited Israel in which new deals related to Mossad and Shabak espionage and cooperation with R&AW are finalized and as a result Israel was allowed to establish its own network to operate from India. Also, L.K. Advani discussed Pakistan’s nuclear program and coordination between the two countries on an operation for disarming Pakistan. During the visit, Alok Tiwari’s report was also discussed.

By July 2000 a heavy deployment of Israeli agents in Indian Occupied Kashmir was reported. Near the end of 2000 Israel’s top intelligence officers were reported to have visited India and discussed amongst other issues, Kashmir and Pakistan’s nuclear assets. One of the meetings on the agenda was regarding the report Alok Tilwar had prepared which had gone through considerable changes in Israel. By the end of the visit the top spies of the two country had agreed to cooperate on the operation detailed inside the thick volume titled: “Operation Blue Tulsi”.
Operation Blue Tulsi: Preparation

We do not know what is written inside the report Operation BlueTulsi. But we can ascertain some of it by the events it had led to beginning 2001. Preparation for the mega Operation Blue Tulsi began fervently in early 2001. By mid 2001 eyebrows were being raised over R&AW and Mossad’s cooperation and in July 2001 Janes Information Group reported that RAW and Mossad are cooperating to infiltrate Pakistan to target important religious and military personalities, journalists, judges, lawyers and bureaucrats. In addition, bombs would be exploded in trains, railway stations, bridges, bus stations, cinemas, hotels and mosques of rival Islamic sects to incite sectarianism. At the same time the Balouchistan Liberation Army rose out of dead like a second incarnation and Balach Marri a Moscow graduate declares himself as the leader of BLA. Within weeks in Balochistan numerous training camps sprouted with each camp reported to be training up to a 100 militants. Intelligence of RAW, Mossad and CIA agents operating in Balochistan started coming in.

In mid 2001 reports appeared that Special Operations Division of Mossad, also known as Metsada, specializing in assassinations and sabotage have been based in India since May 2001 to train RAW operatives and Mossad and Shin Bet or Shabak were operating a number of teams in Indian Held Kashmir and were also operating a delicate spy network from Indian soil. In July 2001 RAW increased its budget for Indian consulates in Afghanistan by nearly 10 times.

Within days after Sep 11, a story was leaked into press that Pakistan is dismantling and spreading its nuclear assets to safer places implying that it would be much more difficult to pinpoint them and much more easier for extremists to get hold of. These news stories were shortly followed by another piece on 28 October 2001 which stated that Pentagon was looking into plans to dispatch an elite unit into the Pakistan to disarm its nuclear arsenal. The special unit which was trained to slip into foreign countries to ferret out and disarm nuclear weapons and operated under Pentagon control with CIA assistance and would be getting special help from Israel’s Sayeret Matkal also known as Unit 262.

On 22 December 2001 C. Raja Mohan wrote, “There is a growing belief in New Delhi that the time has come to call Pakistan’s nuclear bluff. If it does not, India places itself in permanent vulnerability to cross-border terrorism from Pakistan… India is now confronted with the possibility that its restraint in the face of nuclear escalation is taken as a fundamental weakness. India must deal with the possible assessment in Pakistan that its nuclear capability has foreclosed all conventional military options.” Same time at the other side of the globe Prof. Stephen P Cohen was saying, “South Asia may have reached a point where the two countries (India and Pakistan) are really bent on hurting each other one way or another and it may be time to consider more unilateral, more forceful American steps – diplomatically and economically forceful – to get compliance from India and Pakistan separately on some vital concerns. Clearly, we may have reached a point where the peace process is simply too little, too late, and we may have to turn to other forms of diplomacy.”

These two writers one from US and other from India very implicitly had voiced their respective governments’ policies towards Pakistan’s nuclear assets.
In December 2001 Indian PM, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, while addressing the parliament said, “the question was not whether there should be or should not be a war, [the question was] under what circumstances there will be war … and whether there will be a war.”
Of course the underlying message was, whether India should attack a nuclear armed country or a country which has lost its nuclear capabilities.
In December 2001 Benazir Bhutto while visiting India said in her interviews, “President, Gen. Pervez Musharraf, as an army general, had planned the Kargil invasion in Jammu and Kashmir while I was the Prime Minister.” Later she also said, “Pakistan army as an institution had brought back Osama bin Laden”.

This rhetoric of Benazir Bhutto was perfectly in line with the agreement signed by US and India in 2002. Late in 2002 US and India signed an agreement on cooperation in disarming Pakistan’s nuclear assets and the two player offensive team of OperationBlueTulsi found a third partner in the form of CIA. As a result of this deal Abdullah Mehsud was freed from Guantanamo Bay and returned to Pakistan with millions in cash.
Benazir Bhutto’s statements in India were the major reason Pervez Musharraf’s declaration of Benazir Bhutto as a “security risk” during a chat with Pakistan’s leading editors and correspondents in April 2002. Pakistani security agencies already had a great deal of intelligence regarding Benazir Bhutto, Asif Zardari and Rehman Malik’s involvement with Mossad and India in 1995-96 and their collaboration against Pakistan’s nuclear assets.

In January 2002 under orders from L. K. Advani R&AW and other intelligence agencies submited a detailed report on military options for solving Kashmir issue and in case of a full-fledged war, for neutralizing Pakistan’s nuclear assets. One major outcome of the report was creation of Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) in March 2002 with the authority to conduct external operations supported by a huge budget.

Also, a Lawyers’ Struggle surfaced in October 2003 under the leadership of Hamid Ali Khan (now drowned under the infamous Lawyers’ Movement). The first prominent protest of the “struggle” was held on 15 October 2003 in which the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) Hamid Ali Khan said, “Musharraf’s very presence within the army and holding of other important offices and Shaikh Riaz Ahmad’s continuation as chief justice after his retirement are undoubtedly illegal and unconstitutional… Let’s think collectively, move forward collectively and act collectively to outs usurper generals and judges (who had collaborated with Pervez Musharraf including Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry). However, like a B-grade movie twist, four years later Iftikhar Chaudry becomes the hero to these same lawyers who wanted to oust him. Like a script from past, this protest had followed a “Long March”. And the “struggle” then moved to other cities one by one asking Musharraf, Riaz Ahamad and among others Iftikhar Chaudhry’s removal from office. At this point along with Hamid Ali Khan, Kazim Khan was at the forefront. Lacking the charisma and cunning of their successors, assassination of a leader, and shortage of “unlimited” billions of rupees their names and their Lawyers’ Struggles has been confined to the dusty pages of history with their names ascribed against the words, “traitors”. Also, there is no evidence to support that assassination attempts on Pervez Musharraf were somehow related to the timing of the Lawyers’ Struggle. By mid 2004 the government had ample evidence that BLA and some Baloch leaders were conspiring against the government, aided by foreign countries.
On 13th August 2004 the Chief Minister of Baluchistan, Jam Muhammad Yousaf is quoted by The Herald (Sep 2004-Karachi): “Indian secret services (RAW) are maintaining 40 terrorist camps all over the Baluch territory”. While this was happening on ground, there was talk of “Peace Talks” everywhere in the air. And Jan Muhammad Jamali had become a laughing stock of the media for his suggestion of foreign agents operating in Balochistan, which despite the ground facts forcefully opposed such thoughts.

However, he was already too late. The preparation for the Operation Blue Tulsi were nearly complete and the Government of Pakistan had wasted all opportunities for stopping the inevitable.
Operation Blue Tulsi: Start

1st January 2005 was the starting date. The local agents got the signal and the operation started with the ominous rape of a female doctor in Sui on 2nd January 2005. As expected the incident created headlines all round and culprits not being found created a much supported backlash. This was shortly followed by rocketing of gas installation at Sui on 7th January which put a hole in Pakistan’s gas supply for nearly a week.

2005 was a busy year with Baloch terrorists continuously creating havoc in Balochistan and adjacent areas and ended with assassination attempts on Musharraf in December. After President Gen Pervez Musharraf escapes a rocket attack on his life in December 2005 and the Inspector General Frontier Corps survives an assassination attempt, Navtej Sarna, the Indian External Affairs Ministry’s spokesman said, “The Government of India has been watching with concern the spiralling violence in Balochistan and the heavy military action, including use of helicopter gun-ships and jet fighters by the Government of Pakistan to quell it… We hope the Government of Pakistan will exercise restraint and take recourse to peaceful discussions to address the grievances of the people of Balochistan”.
The Indian Government had realized that the two assassination attempts would surely result in backfire on the Indian assets in Balochistan, which it needed to safeguard for its final aim, especially Akbar Bugti. Just as suspected, the Government of Pakistan intensifies its operation against Baloch militants.

And in April 2006 Government of Balochistan is setup with its offices in Jerusalem under Azaad Khan Baloch. In a laughingly stupid mistake, Azaad Khan Baloch who is representing Balochis of Pakistan decided to spell his name according to Hindi transliteration with double “a” in Az”aa”d, rather than a single “a” as used in Pakistan, i.e. Azad. Or more probable, “Azad Khan Baloch” is not a Pakistani.

Meanwhile in Balochistan the government operation against Akbar Bugti intensified who took shelter in the rugged mountain range and coordinated the activities of his militants from there. Ultimately the military found him and during the process of capture Akbar Bugti died because of cave-roof collapse on 26 August 2006. (See: The Story of Bugti’s Death)

This proved a minor setback in the overall plans. However, beginning 2007 events in the country took a completely different turn. Starting March 2007, every incident occurring in the country was tied to the aim of ousting Pervez Musharraf, including the much profitable Lawyers’ Movement. Intelligence agencies were having a field-day bringing in pile after pile of reports proving involvement of CIA, RAW, Mossad and MI6 towards Musharraf’s ouster. True to some extent but unlike analyzed, ouster of Pervez Musharraf was just one milestone towards the main goal, which every agency completely missed. Thus, all their efforts went into controlling the situation to secure Musharraf, while in the backdrop, silently the wheels kept turning. While Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan were burning Swat was sitting quietly, unnoticed and out of radar. Within a period of few months, the numbers of “Pakistani Taliban” in Swat surged and just as well their ammunition, latest military equipment a country like Pakistan would dream of. A portion of this ended up in the ill-fated Lal Masjid. While intelligence and military were busy keeping Musharraf’s seat safe in Pakistan, a new political game started in UAE. Rehman Malik enthusiastically started pursuing the goal of National Reconciliation Ordinance. He became instrumental in the final deal between Benazir Bhutto, US and Pervez Musharraf and NRO. Since Benazir Bhutto did not have much to lose without NRO she was never very interested in it. That was the reason two options were thrown at Musharraf, i.e. either eliminating the two term condition or NRO. Rehman Malik on the other hand was vehemently pursuing NRO, as of the three (Asif Ali Zardari, Benazir Bhutto and Rehman Malik) the Government of Pakistan only had clear evidence against Rehman Malik and it was enough to put him in jail for life (i.e. involvement in espionage and working with Mossad and RAW). However, at that point no one knew the real motivations of Rehman Malik other than that he was working to get the path clear for Benazir’s return. Amazingly, FBI also was putting its weight behind NRO rather than eliminating the two term condition. While, if US had really wanted Benazir Bhutto as Prime Minister of Pakistan, logic dictates that they would want the two term condition eliminated to assure her easy succession to the premiership. It needs to be noted here that Rehman Malik had also tried to do a similar deal in 2005, which never materialized. This time it did.

Near the end of 2007, intelligence and military were convinced that a conspiracy had been hatched in the country with the sole aim of removing Musharraf from power. Assassination of Benazir Bhutto, simultaneous rioting throughout the country, terrorist activities occurring in every province had considerable similarities to the Bush Administration backed Color Revolutions. In order to keep Musharraf in power the government kept giving into one demand after the other. As a result Rehman Malik becomes head of Interior Ministry, Yusuf Raza Gilani becomes the Prime Minister of Pakistan and sweeping changes are made in the security and intelligence community. Still, the government saw the war finally over when in one move Gilani puts ISI under Interior Minister on 27 July 2008. Until that time ISI and top brass had thought all Rehman Malik wanted was to get-rid of extremist elements from ISI and Pakistan’s establishment.




It was the end of July 2008 when the alarm bells started ringing again in the high echelons. Intelligence machinery went into extra high gear and millions later it came back with the name: Operation Blue Tulsi.

Operation Blue Tulsi: the Revelation

The Establishment, only now realized the full extent of the operation which they had been witnessing since the beginning of 2000. More worryingly, the current operation had eerily similar modus operandi to the 1995-96 debacle – which left the country tethering onto its nuclear assets – just that this time it was vastly more sophisticated and greater in size. In matter of hours the priorities changed. Keeping Pervez Musharraf in power suddenly paled in comparison to the real threat. As the agencies reopened recent reports, reading them in the light of newest finding all the pieces fell in place. It was a disastrous lapse on behalf of the multibillion dollar strong organizations. Overnight the report was prepared and the summary was sent to President Pervez Musharraf next morning.

In 1995-96 India came up with a plan to destroy Pakistan’s nuclear facilities before that Pakistan developed a nuclear capability. The plan was prepared by a RAW agent Alok Tiwari (who has recently been compromised). At that time Mossad was already active in Pakistan and once it heard about the project for elimination of Pakistan’s nuclear facilities jumped in by first streamlining the project further and then using its assets in Pakistan. Somewhere in early 1996 the operation was given go-ahead. At that point FIA Director General Ghulam Asghar and his ADG Rehman Malik in a deal with India and Israel were hunting down Pakistan based Kashmiri and Arab militants. These two proved to be the front line in the operation and when contacted by Indian agents fully agreed to supply all the necessary information regarding Kahuta and A. Q. Khan’s operations. Towards mid 96 demonstrations and chaos erupted throughout the country. The aim was to destabilize the country enough that when the two confirmed Pakistan did not have any nuclear capabilities India would go-ahead with all out assault. General Jehangir Karamat who was already weary of the two chaps and Asif Ali Zardari’s complicity took immediate action and Benazir Bhutto’s government was dissolved. The duo of Asghar and Malik and Zardari had already come into military’s radar the year before when they tried to lure General Abdul Wahed Kakar.

Then five years later, Alok Tiwari submited an updated version of his older report. Israel was again consulted and this time L. K. Advani vehemently pursued it. Towards the end of 2000 a delegation of top Mossad brass visited India and the combined operation titled: Operation Blue Tulsi was finalized and put into operation which had only one aim:

Destroy Pakistan’s nuclear assets followed by its Balkanization.

Approach:

1. Resurrect Baloch insurgency. Pakistan was fine with it, as it had thirty years of experience with it, starting with the Afghan-Soviet War.
2. Buy officials in military, bureaucracy, politics and law. ISI was fine with it, as it had sixty years of experience in dealing with traitors.
3. Plant agents in top positions in Taliban, FATA and NWFP. A shocker for everyone.

Taliban were the foster child of ISI and the agency had no contingency for enemy agents in top positions. The best option they came up with was to buy back the agents with more money and as a result they were deceived time and again and again. Top on the list, Baitullah Mehsud. The twenty million dollars he got in suitcases was one of the stupidest moves in the world espionage history and ISI top brass to this day are vengefully pursuing him.
Milestones:

1. Friendly political government. Asif Zardari in place, Aslam Raisani in Balochistan (though first choice Akbar Bugti unfortunately dead, MQM’s omnipresence in Sindh, Fazlur Rehman and ANP in NWFP)
2. Friendly judiciay. Iftikhar Chaudhry, Munir A. Malik, Atizaz Ahsan
3. Friendly secretaries. ??
4. Friendly Civil Society. Ansar Burney, Asma Jehangir
5. Friendly Generals. ??
6. Unrest in NWFP and immediate threat of Taliban taking control of Islamabad. Back in 2002 US had agreed with India that if ever Pakistan seemed to destabilize or falling into the hands of extremists, it would help India in destroying Pakistan’s nuclear capabilities. The situation they agreed upon is well defined by the Pakistani media’s current theme song of “Taliban are coming to Islamabad”

Immediate Countermeasures

By August 2008 the operation was too deep rooted and it was clear if attention was diverted towards saving Musharraf there was more than a probability of loosing nuclear capability in near future. With Musharraf gone, ISI estimated a window of opportunity of 18 to 20 months before either Taliban or Asif Zardari with his shenanigans destabilized Pakistan. Operation Blue Tulsi: In Operation

Musharraf stepped down and Asif Ali Zardari took over, but by then the order had been sent and the agents in Swat Valley and FATA who had been preparing for the day for the last eight years launched an all out assault on the military with a single aim of destabilizing Pakistan. In the eventful month of December 2007 Baitullah Mehsud had already announced officially the formation of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan. Although right after the victory of PPP Baitullah Mehsud has negotiated peace with the government which led to the great debacle of US$ 20 million by August 2008 he was again involved with the military in a full on battle. ISI and military by this time had realized the foremost importance of ridding the Taliban off foreign agents and assets by any means and costs.

At one end Pakistan military still is trying to safeguard its own assets while tracing out and eliminating foreign agents, while at the other end US is trying its best to safeguard its prime asset of Baitullah Meshud who had taken over after the death of Abullah Mehsud. Until very recently, there had been not a single drone attack on Baitullah Mehsud, while ISI aligned Taliban had been bombed repeatedly, as a result of which many have turned their backs against Pakistan. Only in the recent months four drone attacks on Baitullah Mehsud’s territory have been reported.
Operation Blue Tulsi and Future

Currently the entire country is gripped by the ongoing operations of military against the Taliban. Media which once championed itself as the sympathizers of the Taliban and were chanting “Taliban are coming to Islamabad” have suddenly changed their tunes, especially after being declared by the Taliban as kafirs and thus “killable”.

The economy is in doldrums and corruption is rampantly high but the top brass knows Pakistan is first and for Pakistan nuclear assets come first. Thus, until the country is cleansed of all the foreign agents in FATA and Taliban, the military and intelligence has only one goal, to stop Operation Blue Tulsi at this stage, making sure it never goes into Phase TWO – attacking and destroying Pakistan’s nuclear assets because extremist elements have destabilized Pakistan.

Difa-e-Pakistan council to stage sit-in today

Leaders of the Defence of Pakistan Council (DPC) on Monday announced to hold sit-in in the federal capital against the reopening of NATO supply.

The council also announced that it would contact the Supreme Court against the government’s ban on the entry of Jamatud Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed, Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal-Jamaat chief Ahmed Ludhianvi and Khadim Hussain Dhaloon to the federal capital.

According to the sources, the ban has been imposed with a view to stop the leaders from attending DPC’s February 20 gathering, to stage a sit in front of parliament house, hence obstructing the public gathering.

While the leaders could be arrested if they entered Islamabad.

عراق کا تین سو کلو سونا امریکہ منتقل کرنے کا انکشاف

نائن الیون کے بعد امریکا اور اسلامی دنیا کے تعلقات نے ایک نیا رخ اختیار کیا اور 2001ءتک امریکی خارجہ پالیسی میں مرکزی حیثیت رکھنے والے چین کی جگہ اب اسلامی دنیا نے لے لی۔ یوں امریکی پالیسی سازوں کی توجہ کا مرکز عرب ممالک پاکستان اور افغانستان بن گیا۔ امریکی انٹیلی جینس کے شبعوں میں عرب ماہرین کی تعداد تین گنا بڑھ گئی۔ پاکستان اور افغانستان کے خطے سے متعلق علاقائی زبانوں سے واقفیت رکھنے والے لوگوں میں بھی تین گنا اضافہ ہوا۔ امریکی وزارت خارجہ میں عربی بولنے والے 5 سو افراد کو شامل کیا گیا۔ امریکی کالجوں اور یونیورسٹیوں میں ان زبانوں کے طلباءکی تعداد میں پانچ گنا اضافہ ہوگیا۔ اس یہ جنگ کی تیاری تھی جسے اگلے برسوں میں اسلامی دنیا میں امریکا کو دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ کا نام دے کر لڑنا تھی۔ چنانچہ اسی برس امریکا نے اقوام متحدہ کو بائی پاس کرکے عراق اور افغانستان پر حملہ کردیا۔ تباہ کن میزائیوں اور ہول ناک کلسٹر بموں کی بارش کی گئی اور اس کو کارپٹ بم باری کا نام دیا گیا۔ عراق میں صرف صدام کے محل سے جو خزانہ قبضہ کرکے امریکا منتقل کیا گیا اس میں اسی ارب امریکی ڈالر‘ اربوں ڈالر کے ہیرے جواہرات اور تین سو کلو گرام ذخیرہ کیا گیا سونا تھا جس کو بحری جہازوں کے ذریعے امریکا منتقل کیا گیا۔ حملے سے پہلے ہی یہ طے کرلیا گیا تھا کہ تیل کی پائپ لائن کہاں سے کہاں تک جائیں گی اور تیل کے کنوﺅں میں لگی آگ کو بجھانے کے ٹھیکے کن کمپنیوںکو دیے جائیں گے۔ اسی طرح افغانستان کی جغرافیائی اور سیاسی حیثیت کے بارے میں 11 ستمبر کے واقعے سے قبل امریکا کے انرجی انفارمیشن ایڈمنسٹریشن نے رپورٹ تیار کرلی تھی کہ یہ ملک مستقبل کا کامیاب ترین ٹرانزٹ روٹ ثابت ہوگا پھر اس کے ذریعے سینٹرل ایشیا کے قدرتی وسائل تک پہنچنا آسان ہوگا۔ اب موجودہ صورت حال یہ ہے کہ امریکا عراق اور افغانستان دونوں جگہ ظلم و ستم اور لوٹ مار کے بعد واپسی کے لیے رخت سفر باندھ رہا ہے لیکن امریکا رخصت ہو کر بھی رخصت ہونا نہیں چاہتا اس کے لیے وہ یہاں اپنے فوجی اڈے قائم رکھنا چاہتا ہے اور کٹھ پتلی آلہ کار حکمرانوں کے ذریعے معاملات کو کنٹرول کرنا چاہتا ہے۔ طالبان کی کامیابی کے باعث افغانستان ہاتھ سے نکلتا دیکھ کر اب امریکا بلوچستان میں اپنے قدم جمانا چاہتا ہے کہ کیوں کہ افغانستان سمیت وسط ایشیائی ریاستوں تک رسائی بلوچستان کے راستوں کے ذریعے ہی ممکن ہے۔ چنانچہ بلوچستان کے معاملے کو عالمی مسئلہ بنانے اور بین الاقوامی طور پر اجاگر کرنے کے لیے پچھلے دنوں واشنگٹن میں امریکی کانگریس کمیٹی میں بحث کی گئی۔ اس سماعت سے قبل ایوان بالا کے ایک رکن اپنے مضمون میں مطالبہ کرچکے ہیں کہ امریکا کو خود مختار بلوچستان کی حمایت کرنا چاہیے۔ اس میں شک نہیں کہ بلوچستان بدامنی کا شکار ہے اور وہاں کے معاملات کو خراب کرنے میں حکمرانوں نے بڑا کردار اداکیا ہے لیکن اس بدامنی کو بڑھاوا دینے میں امریکی ہاتھ کو بھی نظرانداز نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔ بلوچستان میں لاپتا افراد کے لواحقین کے مطابق گزشتہ دس سال کے دوران آٹھ ہزار سے زائد بلوچ لاپتا ہوئے ہیں اور پچھلے دس سال سے ہی پاکستان دہشت گردی کے خلاف نام نہاد جنگ میں امریکا کا اتحادی بنا ہوا ہے۔ اس دوران امریکی ہدایت پر اپنے ہی عوام کے خلاف ہر طرح کی کارروائی ہوتی رہی۔ بلوچستان کے معدنی وسائل کو وہاں کی عوام کے لیے سہولت کا ذریعہ نہیں بنایا گیا۔ نواب اکبر بگٹی کے قتل نے معاملے کو انتہا تک پہنچادیا حالانکہ 24 اگست 2006ءکو بگٹی قبیلے کی چھ شاخوں نے متفقہ طور پر فیصلہ کیا تھا کہ وہ سرداری اور نوابی نظام کو مزید قبول نہیں کریں گے لیکن اس فیصلے کے دو ہی دن بعد پرویزمشرف نے اکبر بگٹی کو ہلاک کروا دیا جس کے باعث بلوچوں میں شدید اشتعال پھیلا جس کو بعد میں غیر ملکی طاقتوں نے اپنے مقاصد کے لیے استعمال کیا۔ موجودہ حکومت نے بلوچستان کے مسئلہ پر ہمیشہ کمزوری اور بے بسی کا اظہار کیا جس سے یہ بات ظاہر ہوتی ہے کہ بلوچستان میں ٹارگٹ کلنگ‘ بم دھماکوں‘ لوگوں کے اغوا اور گم نام مقامات پر مسخ شدہ لاشیں پھینکنے میں ایسے لوگ ملوث ہوسکتے ہیں جن پر ہاتھ ڈالتے ہوئے حکومت بھی گھبراتی ہے۔ حال ہی میں فوجی حکام نے اپنی رپورٹ میں بلوچستان میں اغوا برائے تاوان کی وارداتوں میں وزراءکے ملوث ہونے کا الزام عائد کیا ہے۔ آغاز حقوق بلوچستان کے خصوصی پیکج کے تین سال گزر جانے کے باوجود کسی قسم کی بہتری اور معاملات میں پیش رفت نہیں ہوئی اس کی وجہ حکومت کا غیر سنجیدہ رویہ ہے۔ اس وقت ضروری ہے کہ بلوچستان کے معاملات پر توجہ دی جائے خصوصاً لاپتا فراد بازیاب کرکے دکھی خاندانوں کے دلوں پر مرہم رکھا جائے۔

WASHINGTON: Reacting strongly to a USZ Zionist Congressman’s introduction of a resolution on Balochistan, the Pakistani Embassy rejected the move as “ill-informed and unacceptable”. “We reject this ill-informed move and the Congressman’s misplaced concern on Balochistan, which is a part of the Pakistani Federation”, the Embassy said, commenting on Zionist Representative Dana Rohrabacher’s move in the House on the "rights" of the people of Pakistan. It should be interesting to note that Zionist Dana Rohrabacher earlier called Pakistan as a “Radical Islamist Terrorist State”.

A statement issued by the Embassy reminded sponsors of the move that Balochistan has a “directly elected provincial assembly of its own and has due representation in the National Assembly and the Senate of Pakistan.” “The resolution seeks to cast doubt on the territorial integrity of a member of the United Nations and a friend of the United States (of Zionism), and is totally unacceptable.”

The Pakistani Embassy made it clear that “Balochistan’s affairs and issues are an internal matter of Pakistan, and it is for the people of Pakistan and our democratic institutions to address these [issues].” “We would advise those behind this resolution to reserve their concern and solicitude for problems closer to home. Needless to say, provocations such as these will seriously impact the Pakistan-US(Z) relations. We value this relationship but not at the cost of our dignity, sovereignty and territorial integrity”, the Embassy statement added.
